Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, in its original packaging, and with all accompanying accessories and documentation. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is also required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This includes issues such as malfunctioning cables, chargers, or other electronic accessories. Our team will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for items that:

  • Are damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or wear.

  • Are missing components or original packaging.

  • Are gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new product. Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.

 

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
